We no longer work with exclusive talents. Instead, we focus entirely on developing and managing campaigns, collaborating exclusively with creators who are already represented by other agencies.
Why?
Because we believe that many agencies in Germany do an excellent job managing talents and we want to offer support where there are bottlenecks, short-term gaps, or project-based needs. At the same time, this approach allows us to create space for objective, strategically planned campaigns, without the influence of our own creator affiliations.
As the only agency in the DACH region, we can - at least temporarily - manage talents represented by other agencies without any risk of poaching. Our collaboration is built on trust, transparency, and respect for existing structures. Agencies retain full control, while we provide reliable support and relief.

The process is intentionally streamlined: agencies approach us with a specific project or capacity issue - for example, vacation cover, sick leave, or a high campaign workload. After a short onboarding, we take over the operational management of individual talents or entire creator portfolios. We handle coordination with brands, keep timelines on track, relay feedback, and ensure that all content goes live as planned. You set the direction - we execute reliably, without the need to change existing processes or responsibilities.
